"Fifteen years ago, I made a bootleg remix of Everything In Its Right Place. Today I finally released an official version with @elohim and @thomasadagio. Story time…

Radiohead was one of my fav bands in high school & college. In 2003 I drove with friends across Wisconsin to see them live on the Hail To The Thief tour.

In 2008 I entered full-time musician life through remixes. I think the Radiohead remix was one of several that made it to the top spot on Hype Machine (shout out pre-Spotify millennial music heads).

As I started touring and meeting famous DJs, they’d frequently know me via that bootleg. Annie Mac, Steve Aoki & Brodinski were early supporters. Then Kaskade, Diplo (@ Burning Man 2022 in slide 3), Tiesto, @si_bonobo & @kellyleeowens gave it new life in the past 5 years. Kelly’s 2024 boiler room in particular is what made me want to release it officially. The clip of her dropping it has gone viral a bunch of times (slide 4).

But alas, I had too much respect for Radiohead and fear of rejection to try asking them. Plus I lost track of the Ableton project a long time ago 😭. So I decided I would start something fresh and make a cover. 😁

The first & only singer I reached out to was @elohim (slide 5) who responded immediately and it happens to be her fav song. She crushed it, and my bud @thomasadagio jumped in to help with the final touches.
